Julie Bellone, PT, Owner

Julie opened Austin Physical Therapy in 1998 to provide the highest and most attentive quality care in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. She has immersed herself in the community and carefully assembled a highly skilled team of clinicians and support staff to help local residents rebuild healthy and productive lives. Julie has a strong desire for continual education, professional betterment, service to her community and commitment to family. She is a credentialed therapist in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie Method).

Born and raised in Adams, NY, Julie received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Ithaca College (’91) and has since lived in the Finger Lakes Region. She comes from a long line of family members who have instilled the values of caring for others and giving back to the community. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association including special interest groups for Aquatic Therapy, Orthopedic Therapy and Private Practice Owners. Her numerous community activities include membership in the Seneca Falls Rotary Club, Seneca Falls Elks Club and is a volunteer with the American Red Cross.

Brian Sheley, Business Manager

Following a 30+ year career in agriculture management and sales, Brian made the jump to healthcare in 2020.

Born and raised in Adams, NY, Brian received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University (’88) and has since lived in NY, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. Brian has been trained in customer relations , management and finance by companies such as Agway, Cargill, and TriEst.

He is married to wife Jodi and has three grown daughters. When not at work, you can find him on the golf course or in a tree stand with his bow.

Jill Masters, PT, DPT

Jill joined the Austin Physical Therapy team in 2011 and treats a wide variety of orthopedic conditions ranging from post-surgical, muscle and tendon disorders, and balance and fall prevention. Jill strives to help her clients reach their goals and return to their active lifestyles.

Jill graduated from Ithaca College in 2007 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has been certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, as well as continued to further her knowledge with courses in the McKenzie Method and Fall Prevention.

Jill enjoys spending time outside, including hiking in the Finger Lakes region and Adirondacks. She is an avid Syracuse fan, especially Syracuse lacrosse.


Olivia Martin, DPT

Olivia is a Physical Therapist who joined Austin Physical Therapy in 2016 after graduating from Ithaca College with her doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree. Olivia provides compassionate care and develops trusting relationships with
everyone she works with.

Olivia is trained in kinesiotape and McKenzie Method for the lumbar spine. She is also in pursuit of expanding her healing techniques with Reiki certification. Olivia believes that fitness is for everyone.

Olivia grew up around the Fingerlakes region in Trumansburg, NY and enjoys spending time with her husband and two German shepherds.


Andrew Holmes, P.T.A

Andrew is a Physical Therapist Assistant who loves helping clients reach their physical goals through an emphasis on exercise physiology using a strength and conditioning approach. Andrew knows that through learning proper human movement patterns we can unlock our true potential for resiliency, whether it be competing at the highest sporting level or to keeping you healthy and strong enough to play with your grandkids.

Andrew is a certified kinesio-taping and
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization specialist through the Rock-Tape™ institute. Currently he is planning to work towards becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) which will allow him to continue to offer clients the highest in specialized sports performance training.

When Andrew is not working with clients towards their specific movement goals he enjoys weightlifting, playing soccer and going for hikes with friends and family. Andrew lives in Williamson with his wife and their two kids.

Amy Lee Tyler, Medical Receptionist

Amy is a Medical Receptionist who brings 16 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her experiences range from being a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Healthcare Aide (HHA), First Responder, Personal Care Tech (PCT) and a Medical Assistant (MA).

Amy was born and raised in Seneca Falls, NY and graduated from Mynderse Academy. Amy received her numerous medical certifications & degrees through Finger Lakes Health & Huntington Nursing Home. Amy also attended online college through Empire State & Arizona University to receive her AAS Degree in Business.

Amy has been married to Rodrick, her husband, for 3 years and has two children of her own including 3 step children and 3 grandchildren. When not at work, Amy and her husband travel and camp frequently with family and friends.

Leasa Morrison, Massage Therapist

Leasa has been with Austin Physical Therapy since December 2012 and graduated from the Finger Lakes Community College Massage Program in 2009. She feels blessed that she can do what she loves with the goal of improving the quality of life for her clients.

She enjoys working with the staff at Austin Physical Therapy to provide excellent collaboration with regard to treatments. Whether dealing with acute situations, chronic pain, or just someone needing relaxation, she is ready to help patients of all ages.
